The University Medical Practice, Patient Participation Group (PPG) serves as a crucial bridge connecting the medical facility and its patients.
We are looking to establish a strong group within the Practice, the PPG plays a pivotal role in gathering and comprehending the perspectives of patients. Constantly striving for enhancement, we actively seek ways to improve and expand the range of services provided to our patients and the community at large. Acting as the collective 'voice' of our patients, the PPG engages in discussions to explore avenues for improvements that benefit both patients and the overall practice.
Our PPG members convene quarterly, typically in the company of the GP Partner and Practice Manager. These meetings are designed to delve into the available services, solicit suggestions, and provide updates on implemented improvements. Through these interactions, PPG members gain a deeper insight into the discussed services and processes, fostering a collaborative environment for the betterment of patient care.
If you would like to be part of the PPG, please complete the form below or feel free to ask a member of our Team at the practice for more information.
