Full-Time. Male. Areas of interest: Musculoskeletal medicine, Dermatology, Minor surgery including joint injections and Diabetes. Dr Hassan is a GP and foundation doctor trainer and joint Clinical Director of Harborne PCN. He is also the BSOL South Locality lead GP.

Our MSK Physiotherapist Kim specialises in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, including muscle, joint, and bone issues. They use techniques like manual therapy and exercise to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function in conditions such as sports injuries, arthritis, and back pain.

OUR RECEPTION TEAM

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They provide basic information on services and results, direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists arrange most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses and deal with prescription enquiries.

COMMUNITY MIDWIVES

Our midwife works at the surgery on Tuesday afternoons. Midwives are an important part of our team and undertake most routine checks during pregnancy, including organising patients' first appointments, blood tests, and ultrasounds.

HEALTH VISITORS

A Health Visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing. Patients can see the Health Visitor at Harborne Medical Practice on Wednesdays between 1.30 and 3.00pm.
